Leader must work smart, not work hard to generate income, owing to the new paradigm of higher education; creating the business unit to increase the community welfare. It is not easy, but it is a must

Time goes by and not long later there will be hand over from present incumbent to the new ones. It is for three majors: mechanical engineering department, accounting department and business administration department. We do realize that the previous leadership bring many positive condition and progress, the causes is there has been conducive climate to make us committed, competed, stimulated to reach higher standard and objective as well. There has been many reasons to be proud of, one of them is:  we love our department, the place we start, grow, mature, fight, compete and finally come out as the winner in many aspects and dynamic. All departments have every characteristic achievement and progress to show of, and all those accomplishment coz by work smart and good conduct given by the leader
    Here we are, we want to welcome the new leadership to all departments. There are many challenging in the next future. It is not easy, but we could do as long as there is unity in diversity. We wish the new leadership in every department could bring us to the bright career and keep going on the progress achieved by current leader. We realize the long association and togetherness make us mature to seeing, thinking, considering, deciding, arguing, debating, speaking and finally behaving. Welcome the new leadership, and we do respect and appreciate all accomplishment achieved by current leader.
