Nining Latianingsih  one of the State Polytechnic of Jakarta lecturer that really active to write, arrange research proposal and then wins the competition of research both local and national. She has already won many competitive national researches Nining and her team said that all their outstanding accomplishment is not because of working hard but working smart. Working smart means there is a long period preparation before proposal dateline submission. Some national competitive research she won are among others : Research Grant, Kajian Wanita, Dosen Muda, Hibah Bersaing, UJI and Sibermas. She is actively hunting and giving valuable information to all lecturers in order to share and motivate them to be aware of how easy it is to arrange research proposal. Her activity on research centre (UP2M) of  State Polytechnic of Jakarta shows the reflection of three pillars of higher education institution. We can say she is the winner and endless proposal maker. Her participation on national competitive research brings  positive image of higher educational institution from the reviewer point of view. Nining Latianingsih not only thinks of how to arrange research proposal, but she also thinks of how to apply the result of the research to the people surrounding . As a matter of fact she has a good track record on competitive research. One reflection of  the research result was her holding national seminar “Woman Trafficking“.
    This event   funded and supportted by Ministry of Women Empowerment, State Polytechnic Woman Association and  Polisekar Asri unit business. The seminar is the result of previous research; The Violence experienced by housewife and children in Depok,  The violence in family, child abuse and woman trafficking become the focus because the data show  woman trafficking and child abuse have increased rapidly on the last five years. The woman trafficking and child abuse  are still going on because Indonesia still places the woman on the second position. The seminar is aimed to make us aware to fight the women trafficking and make us more sensitive to take a look and give attention to soft trafficking around us. Hunting underage teenager and then placing them to work in bar, discothèque, restaurant can be categorized in to trafficking. The strong stimulus emphasized on trafficking seminar is all women should realize the balance right and obligation. How to keep away ourselves from the violence, the women should be empowered, to have wide interest, get the skill to do something in order to earn their living. Nining Latianingsih is one of those lecturers who get most outstanding accomplishment on research, give much inspiration and stimulus to lecturers in Business Administration major to take a part in national research competition. In order to make all lecture aware to carry out research, she also proposes a training of how to build strategy to win the research proposal  and how to evaluate and review the proposal to be held by the PNJ Reseach Center.
    We don’t claim that she is the best, but she is a valuable asset of Jakarta State Polytechnic. Her track record on competitive research makes our institution well known and brings good image  and certainly this condition increases the list of eligibility and credibility of  State Polytechnic of  Jakarta as international standardized educational institution.
